第42回日本小児遺伝学会学術集会は、沖縄県および一般社団法人沖縄観光コンベンションビューロー（https://www.ocvb.or.jp）によるコンベンション開催支援事業、コンベンション開催歓迎事業のご支援をいただいています。

ご支援を受けるにあたり、参加者の皆様にはコンベンションビューローのアンケートへの回答をお願いしております。事前参加登録をされた方には抄録集、参加証等とともにアンケート用紙（日本語）を送付させていただきます。また、アンケート用紙は以下よりダウンロードすることもできます。
会期中、会場受付付近にアンケート回収箱をご用意いたします。会期中にアンケートのご提出をお忘れの場合は、第42回日本小児遺伝学会学術集会準備事務局まで、メールでご送信ください。

Announcement
OCVB would give a welcome program in the afternoon on 28th Feb at foyer.
OCVB asks all participants to answer the questionnaire. It will take a few minutes to fill it out. Please put the answers into a collection box during the meeting, which will be set on a desk at the entrance hole.
